What we do

We take on work within our registered business lines and Construction Capability Certificate No. HCM-00066695, issued by the HCMC Department of Construction.

  • Hotels & offices

    Construction and interior fit-out of guest rooms, lobbies and workspaces. Joinery is made in our workshop and installed on site, keeping dust and noise down while the building stays open.

  • Homes & villas

    General contracting from foundations to handover, or design and interior fit-out on their own. Homeowners deal with a single point of contact throughout.

  • Factories & steel structures

    New factory buildings; fabrication and erection of steel trusses and long-span steel frames for plants in industrial parks.

  • Renovation of buildings in use

    Re-roofing, structural repairs and interior upgrades planned zone by zone and shift by shift. Plants keep producing; hotels and offices keep disruption to a minimum.

  • Infrastructure & public works

    Residential infrastructure, sports halls and sports courts; demolition and site preparation ahead of construction.

  • Design & MEP installation

    Detailed shop drawings; electrical, water supply and drainage installation under our Grade II capability certificate.

Hotels & offices

Structure, MEP and interior fit-out for hotels, offices, restaurants and showrooms — including buildings that stay open to guests.

Joinery is made in our workshop to shop drawings and only then installed on site, which keeps on-site time short and limits dust and noise. For hotels and offices in operation, work zones, working hours and material routes are agreed with building management in advance.

Homes & villas

Turnkey townhouses and villas from foundations to handover, or interior design and fit-out on its own.

Homeowners deal with a single point of contact: estimates are itemised by work package, finishes are signed off on samples before work starts, and every change is confirmed in writing. The site manager sends a weekly progress report with photos, even when the owner lives far from the site.

Factories & steel structures

New factory buildings, plus fabrication and erection of steel trusses and long-span frames for plants in industrial parks.

Trusses, purlins and frames are fabricated in our workshop to approved drawings, then transported and erected by crane on site. One contractor covers foundations, the concrete frame and the steelwork, so handovers between packages do not clash.

Renovation while the building stays in use

Re-roofing, structural repairs and interior upgrades while the plant keeps producing and the building stays open.

Zoning, shift schedules and protection of machinery are agreed with management before work starts. Each zone is handed back in turn, with the floor cleared before the next shift. At an FDI footwear plant in Ben Luc we have delivered 4 projects this way.

Infrastructure & public works

Schools, sports halls, courts and residential infrastructure, including demolition and site preparation.

Buildings that serve large numbers of people demand tight safety and scheduling. We build from basements and space-frame roofs to yards, internal roads and landscaping, working with the supervising consultant at every acceptance stage.

Design & MEP installation

Architectural and interior design with shop drawings; electrical, water supply and drainage installation under our Grade II certificate.

Renderings and design packages let owners see the building and sign off materials before construction. Our own site crews work from the shop drawings, so every detail is planned around how it will actually be fabricated and installed.
