Tin Phat Cons Construction Co., Ltd. extends to you our wishes for good health, success and prosperity, together with our sincere thanks for your trust and partnership.

Founded in Ho Chi Minh City in 2018, Tin Phat Cons has grown as a design-and-build contractor for hotels, offices, homes and industrial facilities. Many of our projects are delivered while factories keep producing and buildings stay in operation. In those settings, schedule, safety and a well-kept site carry the same weight as build quality.

We follow one consistent way of working: a single point of contact accountable throughout, estimates itemised by work package, materials approved on samples before installation, and regular progress reporting. Every concealed element, from welds and waterproofing to pipework, is built and inspected to the same standard as the visible finish.

Mission

To create buildings that are durable, well designed and efficient in use, delivered to the drawings, the schedule and the budget agreed. And to keep investing in our engineers, skilled crews and management processes, so that each project is better than the last.

Four values that shape how we work

  • Quality in the hidden details

    Waterproofing, structural steel and concealed services are built and inspected with the client at every stage, with minutes and photographic records. Quality is controlled from within, not only at the surface.

  • One contact, from design to handover

    Architects and engineers are involved from the site survey through to handover. Any adjustment on site is resolved directly by the people who prepared the design, so the client never has to coordinate between parties.

  • Works without disrupting operations

    In factories still producing or buildings still in use, we zone the works, schedule by shift, protect equipment and return a clean site after every shift.

  • Transparent costs

    Estimates are itemised by work package; every variation is notified and confirmed in writing before it is carried out. After handover we continue to provide technical support, even beyond the warranty period.
