Refined in design, solid in construction
Tin Phat Cons is a design-and-build contractor, operating in Ho Chi Minh City since 2018. Our portfolio spans hotels, offices and villas through to factories and large-scale steel structures.
Every project is delivered by a dedicated team, under tight project management and with estimates itemised line by line, giving clients confidence in quality, cost and schedule from the first day on site.

02What we do
From hotels and offices to homes and factories
We take on work within our registered business lines and Construction Capability Certificate No. HCM-00066695, issued by the HCMC Department of Construction.
Hotels & offices
Construction and interior fit-out of guest rooms, lobbies and workspaces. Joinery is made in our workshop and installed on site, keeping dust and noise down while the building stays open.
Homes & villas
General contracting from foundations to handover, or design and interior fit-out on their own. Homeowners deal with a single point of contact throughout.
Factories & steel structures
New factory buildings; fabrication and erection of steel trusses and long-span steel frames for plants in industrial parks.
Renovation of buildings in use
Re-roofing, structural repairs and interior upgrades planned zone by zone and shift by shift. Plants keep producing; hotels and offices keep disruption to a minimum.
Infrastructure & public works
Residential infrastructure, sports halls and sports courts; demolition and site preparation ahead of construction.
Design & MEP installation
Detailed shop drawings; electrical, water supply and drainage installation under our Grade II capability certificate.

04How we work
A 6-step process, from site survey to warranty
At every stage the owner knows what is being done, how much time remains and what has already been paid. We operate under Construction Capability Certificate No. HCM-00066695, issued by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Construction.
Site survey and brief
Our engineers visit the site to measure, record the existing condition and discuss use, budget and timeline. We quote only after seeing the site in person.
A plan that fits your operations
For hotels and offices that remain open, or plants that keep producing, work zones, working hours and protection measures are agreed with management in advance. Work starts only once the plan is approved.
Itemised estimate and contractual schedule
Quantities and unit rates are broken down per work package. Milestones, payment stages and acceptance criteria are set out in writing, and any later change requires the owner's confirmation.
Construction under a licensed site manager
A certified site manager stays on site throughout. Safety measures follow current regulations and each building's or plant's own rules. The owner receives a weekly progress report with photos.
Joint acceptance and clean handover
Each work package is inspected with the owner and minuted. Outstanding items are fixed before handover, and surplus materials and waste are cleared from site.
Warranty and after-handover support
Warranty terms are set per work package in the contract. After the warranty period ends we still respond: our technicians inspect first, before any discussion of cost.
