At an FDI footwear plant in Ben Luc we delivered four packages this way: cliplock re-roofing over four workshops, concrete ceiling repairs in two workshops, a parking shed and re-roofing of the sample room. Contracts with FDI plants are bilingual Vietnamese–Chinese and signed by our director.

How we work

Site survey
Measure the roof, check purlins and supporting structure, record machinery positions and movement routes inside the workshop.

Approach and estimate
Propose zones, sequence and shift schedule; provide an estimate itemised by work package for the plant to approve.

Safety agreement
Confirm machinery protection, working-at-height methods and access procedures under the plant's own rules.

Zone-by-zone construction
Each finished zone is handed back and cleared before the next production shift, with a site manager present throughout.

Handover and warranty
Package-by-package acceptance, as-built documents handed over, warranty as written into the contract.
Frequently asked questions
Can the roof be replaced while the plant is running?
Yes. The roof is split into small zones; each shift only opens the section that will be closed the same shift, machinery below is covered and the floor is cleared before the next shift. Four workshops at an FDI plant in Ben Luc were re-roofed this way.
How does cliplock differ from a full re-roof?
Cliplock uses concealed fixings, so there are far fewer penetrations through the sheet and less risk of future leaks. Most projects only need the sheeting replaced and damaged purlins treated, not the whole roof structure removed.
Can you work nights or weekends?
Yes. Many packages at FDI plants run on night shifts or weekends so production hours are untouched. The schedule is agreed with management before work starts and written into the contract.
How soon do we get a quotation?
Send photos of the roof or drawings and we respond with an approach and an estimate within 24 working hours. Complex projects needing a site visit are scheduled within a few days.
Do you work for FDI plants?
Yes. We contract directly with FDI plants under bilingual Vietnamese–Chinese agreements and are used to industrial-park safety procedures and access rules.
