We have built a villa in Binh Thuan alongside residential and office interiors in Ho Chi Minh City. Design, renderings and shop drawings can be part of the package or handled separately.

Present samples and confirm finishes before work starts, so nothing changes mid-build.

Construction to programme
Build to the schedule in the contract, with acceptance at each stage: foundations, frame, masonry, MEP, finishes.

Handover and warranty
Hand over the house with as-built documents and the warranty agreed in the contract.
Frequently asked questions
What does turnkey include?
Structure, MEP and finishes to a liveable standard: foundations, frame, masonry, waterproofing, power and water, flooring, paint, doors and sanitary ware. Loose furniture and appliances can be priced separately.
Can you do interiors only?
Yes. Many owners already have the house and need only ceilings, partitions, kitchen and wardrobe joinery and lighting.
What is the price per square metre?
It depends on foundations, storeys and finish level, so there is no single rate. After reviewing drawings or the plot we send an estimate itemised by package rather than one lump figure.
How are variations handled?
Any change in quantity or material is confirmed in writing with its rate before the work is done, so nothing unexpected appears at the end.
Do you build outside the city?
Yes. Besides Ho Chi Minh City we have built a villa in Binh Thuan and take projects across the southern provinces.
