Hotel and office construction and interior fit-out

Structure, MEP and interior fit-out for hotels, offices, restaurants and showrooms — including buildings that stay open to guests.

Joinery is made in our workshop to shop drawings and only then installed on site, which keeps on-site time short and limits dust and noise. For hotels and offices in operation, work zones, working hours and material routes are agreed with building management in advance.

Joinery is made in our workshop to shop drawings and only then brought to site, which keeps on-site time short and limits dust and noise. For hotels still taking guests or offices still in use, we work zone by zone, shift by shift, handing each part back as it is finished.

Our most recent project is the interior of a hotel in Phu Quoc, alongside residential and office interiors in Ho Chi Minh City. Electrical, lighting and plumbing are carried out by our own crews under our Grade II certificate.

What we take on

6
  • Guest rooms, corridors, reception lobbies
  • Offices and meeting rooms
  • Restaurants, cafés and showrooms
  • Workshop-made ceilings, walls, floors and cabinetry
  • Lighting, water supply and restroom plumbing
  • Floor-by-floor renovation while the building operates

Cost depends on

  • Floor area, number of rooms and the finish level required.

  • Surface materials

Engineered wood, solid timber, stone, glass, cladding.

  • How much joinery is made in the workshop versus bought in.

  • Associated MEP packages

Power, lighting, air conditioning, water and drainage.

  • Whether the building stays in use or the space is handed over empty.

How we work

  1. 01

    Survey and scope

Measure the existing space, agree what stays and what is stripped out, and set handover milestones per zone.

  2. 02

    Shop drawings and samples

Produce detailed drawings and present finish samples for sign-off before ordering.

  3. 03

    Workshop fabrication

Ceilings, partitions, cabinetry and joinery are produced and dimension-checked before transport.

  4. 04

    Installation on site

Install zone by zone, after hours where needed, clearing up daily so the rest of the building keeps working.

  5. 05

    Acceptance and warranty

Room-by-room acceptance, documents handed over, warranty under the contract.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work while the hotel is open?

Yes. Work is split by floor or by room block, each finished and returned to operations. Noisy, dusty work is concentrated in windows agreed with hotel management.

Do you also design?

Yes — renderings, design packages and shop drawings. We also build to another designer's drawings, reviewing the shop drawings against site conditions first.

What does a quotation cover?

An estimate itemised by package: strip-out, structure, MEP, ceilings and partitions, joinery, paint and finishes, each line with quantity and rate so it can be compared.

Why make joinery in a workshop?

Workshop fabrication gives better dimensional control and finish quality, and it shortens time on site — which matters in a building that stays open.

Do you work outside Ho Chi Minh City?

Yes. Our latest hotel project is in Phu Quoc; we take work across Ho Chi Minh City and the southern provinces.
