Turnkey factory buildings and steel structures

New factory buildings, plus fabrication and erection of steel trusses and long-span frames for plants in industrial parks.

Trusses, purlins and frames are fabricated in our workshop to approved drawings, then transported and erected by crane on site. One contractor covers foundations, the concrete frame and the steelwork, so handovers between packages do not clash.

Trusses, purlins and frames are fabricated in our workshop to approved drawings, then transported and erected by crane on site. One contractor covers foundations, the concrete frame and the roof, so the owner is not left between several trades when something does not line up.

We have erected steel trusses for a tobacco plant in Khanh Hoa, an industrial factory in Ben Luc, a footwear plant frame in Trang Bang and the space-frame roof of the District 7 sports hall — long-span work that needs accurate fabrication and a strict erection sequence.

What we take on

6
  • Factory foundations, columns and beams
  • Steel truss and purlin fabrication and erection
  • Long-span space-frame roofs
  • Metal roofing, cladding and gutters
  • Parking sheds, warehouses and canopies
  • Heavy-duty concrete factory floors

Cost depends on

  • Floor area, span and height

Longer spans mean heavier steel sections.

  • Ground conditions and foundation type

Pad footings, piles or ground improvement.

  • Roof and wall build-up

Single-skin sheet, insulated sheet or panel.

  • Associated packages

Concrete floor, electrical, water and drainage, fire protection.

  • Programme requirements and site conditions inside the industrial park.

How we work

  1. 01

    Survey and brief

Review the site, the intended use, design loads and the industrial park's constraints.

  2. 02

    Approach and estimate

Propose a structural solution and take off quantities package by package: foundations, frame, roof, walls, floor.

  3. 03

    Drawings and fabrication

Produce shop drawings, cut and assemble trusses and purlins in the workshop, inspect before transport.

  4. 04

    Erection on site

Build foundations, erect the frame by crane, install roofing and cladding in the approved sequence.

  5. 05

    Acceptance and handover

Package-by-package acceptance, as-built documents and warranty under the contract.

Frequently asked questions

How is the cost of a factory building calculated?

There is no single rate. Estimates are broken into four parts: foundations, steel frame, roof and cladding, floor and building services. Send drawings or intended dimensions and we return an itemised estimate you can compare with other bids.

Do you take on the whole building?

Yes — turnkey, or the steel structure alone if you already have a contractor for the substructure. Turnkey means one party is accountable where packages meet.

How long a span can you build?

We have erected the space-frame roof of the District 7 sports hall and trusses for a tobacco plant in Khanh Hoa. For long spans the structural solution and shop drawings are settled first, and steel is assembled in the workshop before it reaches site.

Can you build inside a working industrial park?

Yes. Delivery times, crane windows and access routes are agreed with park management beforehand so neighbouring plants are not disrupted.

How long does construction take?

It depends on size and foundation type. After the survey, each milestone is written into the contract.
