Measure the site, check ground conditions, drainage and access for materials.

Propose the sub-base, surface and ancillary packages, with quantities taken off part by part.

Strip out existing structures, level and treat the ground to the approved method.

Main construction
Pour the base, erect the roof frame, finish the surface, install lighting and drainage.

Package-by-package acceptance, as-built documents and maintenance guidance.
Frequently asked questions
What does a pickleball court involve?
A concrete base at the right level and fall, a surface coating, net posts and line marking, lighting and ball-stop fencing. A roof adds a steel frame. We have built courts in Vung Tau and Binh Tan.
Do you handle demolition too?
Yes. Demolition and site preparation are within our registered lines of business and can be part of the package or taken separately.

What does residential infrastructure cover?
Internal roads, drainage, pavements, planting and landscaping — as delivered at a residential development in Di An. Each package is priced separately in the estimate.
What if the area stays in use during works?
We phase and fence the site, finishing one section at a time before reopening the route, on a schedule agreed with management before work starts.
