Design, shop drawings and MEP installation
Architectural and interior design with shop drawings; electrical, water supply and drainage installation under our Grade II certificate.
Renderings and design packages let owners see the building and sign off materials before construction. Our own site crews work from the shop drawings, so every detail is planned around how it will actually be fabricated and installed.
Renderings and design packages let owners picture the building and sign off materials before construction. Shop drawings are produced for the crews who will actually build, so every detail is drawn the way it will be installed.
MEP covers power, lighting, water supply, drainage and sanitary fittings, carried out under our Grade II equipment installation certificate. Available with the construction package or separately where another contractor is building.

Frequently asked questions
Can you design without building?
Yes — renderings, design packages and shop drawings as a standalone service. When we also build, drawings and material prices line up from the start.
How do shop drawings differ from design drawings?
Design drawings describe the idea and overall dimensions; shop drawings specify how each detail is made — connections, materials, tolerances — so crews on site can build each detail precisely.
What does MEP include?
Power and lighting, water supply and drainage, and sanitary fittings. The company holds a Grade II equipment installation certificate and a Grade III design review certificate.
Do you renovate existing services?
Yes. We survey the existing installation first to decide what stays and what is replaced, then price the work.
How long does a design package take?
It depends on size and revision rounds. Delivery milestones are written into the contract once the scope is agreed.
