Supervise construction of hotel, office, residential and factory projects: quality, schedule, site safety and handover inspections with the client.
Responsibilities
- Supervise works against approved drawings, method statements and schedule.
- Check incoming materials; carry out inspections with the consultant and the client.
- Keep the site diary; report progress and variations.
- Enforce site safety and housekeeping.
Requirements
- Degree in civil and industrial construction engineering or a related field.
- Experience in site supervision or site management is an advantage.
- Able to read drawings; AutoCAD and Excel.
- Comfortable with schedule pressure and travel to sites in nearby provinces.
